HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO ORDER MY GIFT?

You may place your order starting August 27th until September 3rd. Please note that orders placed before August 27th will not be processed.

HOW DO CODES WORK?

At checkout, enter the code you received from your hosts in the box labeled “Discount code” on the right side of the page and hit “Apply”. If you're ordering on a mobile device, you may need to scroll to the bottom of the checkout page to see the Discount Code box. Please note that codes can only be used once per customer. Please do not enter your credit card information into PayPal.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY GIFT?

Your gift should arrive in 3-4 weeks. You will receive an email when your gift is ready to pick up from the casino.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY GIFT?

We can only accept returns for damaged or defective items. If you receive a gift that is defective or damaged, please contact us.
